Mònica Batlle Carreras is a Sales Engineer with a strong foundation in engineering, enterprise systems, and business transformation. Trained as a Civil Engineer, she built her early career as a Project Manager and Senior SAP Consultant (FI, AA, TR), spending over five years at PwC delivering large-scale international SAP transformation and rollout projects across manufacturing and retail industries.
Through leading global finance teams and advising senior decision-makers, Mònica developed robust leadership and stakeholder management skills, further strengthened by relocating to the Netherlands and working in highly multicultural environments. Her ability to translate complexity into clarity has been a defining strength throughout her career.
Since transitioning into Sales Engineering in 2020—first at Sovos and now at Sinch, Mònica has successfully bridged technical depth with commercial strategy. In the masterclass, she brings cross-industry insight, real-world deal experience, and practical frameworks for connecting stakeholders, driving complex sales cycles, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
