Manuela Montagna is a telecom veteran with over 30 years of industry experience and more than 13 years dedicated to roaming Quality of Service. Her career has been built inside real networks, real customer expectations, and real performance challenges—where quality is not a metric, but a promise.
As Quality of Service and Customer Experience Manager at CKHIOD, Manuela designed and implemented a QoS program aligned with market strategy, enabling Hutchison affiliates to monitor, measure, and continuously improve service quality through practical technical solutions. Her work bridges engineering precision with customer-centric thinking.
In 2021, Manuela led the implementation of an innovative QoS measurement solution that earned 3rd place at the Genesis Rocco event. An active contributor to GSMA working groups on QoS standardization, she brings to the masterclass proven frameworks, real operational cases, and hard-earned lessons from the frontline of roaming performance and customer experience.
